Abstract
The evaluation of the adult plant resistance of 28 genotypes belonging to Triticum L and Aegilops L to Pseudomonas syringae pathovar atrofac iens (PSA) were carried out at stage 10.1 (Large, 1954) after inoculat ion by the method of Vassilev and Karov (1986) in a glasshouse. The in vestigated genera showed a partial adult plant resistance to PSA. The proportion of genotypes susceptible to PSA at the highest concentratio n was larger for Triticum than for Aegliops.
