Abstract
Analysis of results obtained in a study of the structure of principal components of general pedagogic capabilities allowed to suppose two al ternative structures of the pedagogic capabilities (types X and Y) and their natural prerequisites. Having analyzed pedagogic activitiy of m athematics teachers as an example we revealed the most essential behav ioral features (ability to predict) of the type Y teacher.
