In this review the field and temperature dependence of manganese ferri
te and other ferrites-spinels is systemized and analyzed. It is shown
that there are two component of isotropic negative magnetoresistance,
of different nature, which appear below the Curie temperature at the m
agnetic field exceeding the technical saturation. One of those compone
nt originates from the conduction electron scattering related to the c
hanging ordeviry of magnetic cations. The other one is treated on the
basis of the model of magnetoresistancee sublattice'' suggested by the
author of the present review. Manifestation of the magnetoresistance
in various magnetic phase transitions in ferrite-spinels is discussed.
