Abstract
A patient with well-documented hypereosinophilic syndrome who underwen t successful allogeneic bone marrow transplantation (BMT) is reported. This therapeutic modality should be considered in patients who fail s tandard therapy, End-organ damage may be reversible to some extent, an d should not exclude patients from consideration of BMT.
