We study the charge-exchange (He-3,t) reactions on unstable nuclei the
oretically. Since this charge-exchange reaction takes place on the nuc
lear surface, this reaction is very sensitive to the neutron skin, and
we show that the calculated cross sections are affected strongly by t
he existence of the neutron skin. This reaction can be observed using
the inversa-kinematics method. We think the (He-3,t) reaction is very
useful to observe the neutron skins and also to get new information on
isospin dependence of the Delta excitation mechanism in nuclei.
