Abstract
Lymphomatoid granulomatosis is a disease affecting the pulmonary syste m which is not usually associated with involvement of the central nerv ous system (CNS). Isolated central nervous system involvement is rare. This case, of a 65-year-old male, was notable not only as a case of l ymphomatoid granulomatosis with isolated central nervous system involv ement, but also with the unusual occurrence of a temporal pattern of r egression and recrudescence of individual lesions not related to thera peutic intervention.
