Abstract
Experimental data on photocurrents induced by X-rays in vacuum-evapora ted copper phthalocyanine layers are presented and a short analysis is included, The photocurrents were measured as a function of applied vo ltage, X-ray intensity and ambient air pressure. The experimental data are in agreement with the theoretical description of photocurrents wi th respect to the important role of the space charge and charge carrie r recombination.
