Abstract
The research on the alanine-ESR dosimetric system for industrial radia tion processing started in 1983 in our institute. Since 1988, the syst em has been utilized as a transfer standard to establish a program for the National Dose Assurance Service (NDAS), which is used to unify th e quantity of absorbed dose in high-level dosimetry all over China. To date, more than 50 facilities have participated in the program and ov er 400 dose checks have been carried out. Copyright (C) 1996 Elsevier Science Ltd
