Abstract
Designs of millimetre-wave solid-state switches and limiters based on the double-resonant array improve the main characteristics of solid-st ate control components. To date, results have shown 3 W (1 ms pulse) w ith 21 dB limiting and 1.0 dB insertion loss for a Ka-band passive lim iter.
