Abstract
A series of 3'-substituted 3'-amino-3'-deoxyadenosine analogues were s ynthesized and subsequently tested against the human malaria parasite Plasmodium falciparum in vitro. Several amongst them displayed pronoun ced antiplasmodial activities.
