Abstract
N-acylphosphoramidates can be obtained from the reaction of phosphityl ated primary carboxamides and an alcohol in the presence of an acid ca talyst such as tetrazole and subsequent oxidation. The reaction is use ful for the preparation of peptide-oligonucleotide conjugates.
