Abstract
Two core trimers, (2',5')A(2)A(RA) and (2',5')A(2)A(LA), with 9-(2,3-a nhydro-beta-D-ribofuranosyl)-adenine (A(RA)) and its lyxo-isomer (A(LA )) at the 2'(3')-terminus, respectively, were synthesized and their us e as immunosuppressors in kidney transplantation in animals was invest igated.
