S. Boudin et al., CAV2O(PO4)(2), ISOTYPIC WITH THE CD PHASE, Acta crystallographica. Section C, Crystal structure communications, 51, 1995, pp. 796-798
The new Vm monophosphate, calcium divanadium oxodiphosphate, CaV2O(PO4
)(2), is isotypic With the Cd phase. Its structure consists of [V2PO7]
infinity layers, built up from [VO4]infinity rutile chains and [VPO8]i
nfinity chains, interconnected through PO4 tetrahedra. This framework
delimits tunnels running along (011), at the intersection of which the
calcium ions are located in a '6 + 1' coordination mode.
