Abstract
Two new 14-membered frangulanine-type cyclopeptide alkaloids, lotusani nes A [1] and B [2], have been isolated from the aerial parts of Zizip hus lotus, together with the known alkaloids sanjoinenine [3], sanjoin ine F [4], and frangufoline [5].
