Abstract
This paper studies the competitive inhibitory actions of twenty-three substances on the oxidation reaction system of chavicol with H2O2 cata lyzed by peroxidase, The computation method of the inhibitory constant K-i is presented. With comparing and analysing the values of all kind s of substances K-i the best structure of the substrate in the oxidati on reaction catalyzed by peroxidase is suggested.
