Abstract
Hydro- and thermodynamics of disordered magnetics are derived in the f ramework of the Fermi-liquid approach. Spectra of free oscillations wi th and without external magnetic field are obtained and analysed. Lowf requency asymptotics of the Green function are calculated with a homog eneous magnetic field applied. The singularities of the basic Green fu nctions are considered.
