Abstract
The morphology and fine structure of Thiobacillus T3.2, a recently des cribed, sulphur-oxidizing, Gram-negative, motile bacterium are present ed. Its size and shape, membrane structure, flagellum and cytoplasmic components, obtained by means of electron microscopy and X-ray microan alysis, are now given in detail.
