Abstract
We study the robust gain margin for a cascade of first-order links wit h interval time constants. It is proved to be equal to the minimal gai n margin for the one-parameter family of plants. In particular cases i t surfaces to find the gain margin of the single system. Numerical exa mples with ten and more links can easily be treated.
