Abstract
We give representations for the Zamolodchikov-Faddeev algebra (ZFA) in the elliptic case and prove the self-consistency of this algebra in s uch a case. We also study the implications of our approach for those a lgebras which are relevant to the extension of the q-deformed affine A (n)((1)) algebra.
