Vv. Pupyshev, PERTURBATION-THEORY FOR THE ONE-DIMENSIONAL SCHRODINGER SCATTERING PROBLEM, Journal of physics. A, mathematical and general, 28(11), 1995, pp. 3305-3318
A perturbation theory is constructed within the framework of the linea
r form of the variable phase approach. This allows one to correctly ta
ke into account the potential tail which decreases more rapidly than t
he centrifugal tail. It is shown how one can use this theory for an an
alysis of the scattering problem in the low-energy limit and in the li
mit of large angular momentum.
