A 15-day-old girl was found to have generalized gastrointestinal polyp osis resulting from Peutz-Jeghers syndrome, Her manifestations include d abdominal distention, hematemesis, bloody diarrhea, and edema, She d ied at 1 year of age of multiple complications of her disease.
