Abstract
Home care agencies must plan for increasing demands from managed-care organizations; federal, state, and local governments: and consumers to provide appropriate, timely, high-duality, and cost-effective home he althcare services. Providers of home care services need a methodology to appropriately manage and control their service delivery. The Home C are Steps(TM) protocols discussed in this article provide such a metho dology.
