Abstract
The Just-In-Time Open Learning (JITOL) project is a major research and development project funded by the European Community's DELTA programm e. This paper offers a JITOL perspective on electronic performance sup port as a technology for accessing distributed knowledge and promoting the collaborative evolution of new working practices.
