Abstract
The coenzyme binding site of NAD(+)-dependent 3-isopropylmalate dehydr ogenase from Thermus thermophilus was analyzed by chemical modificatio n and site-directed mutagenesis, and His273 of the enzyme was identifi ed to be involved in the coenzyme binding. (C) 1995 Academic Press, In c.
