Lg. Song et al., ELECTROKINETIC CHROMATOGRAPHY OF DITERPENOID ALKALOIDS FROM ACONITUM-SINOMONTANUM NAKAI, The Journal of microcolumn separations, 7(2), 1995, pp. 123-126
The separation of a hydrophobic mixture of diterpenoid alkaloids from
Aconitum sinomontanum Nakai was studied using various modes of electro
kinetic chromatography (EKC), such as SDS micellar EKC, methanol or N,
N-dimethylformamide modified micellar EKC, beta-cyclodextrin modified
micellar EKC, mixed micellar EKC with SDS and PEG 400 monolaurate, and
microemulsion EKC with SDS, n-octane and n-butanol. Mixed micellar EK
C was found to be the most preferred approach.
