Abstract
The design of a level-resting attachment to a DIP-1 coordinate measuri ng instrument is described and brief information given on its technica l characteristics. A method is given for calculating the principal dim ensions of the level-tester dimensions coupling the base lever with th e DIP-1 linear displacement converter.
