Abstract
The Debye-Waller factor of tetrahedrally coordinated binary crystals s uch as AgI, CuCl, CuBr, CdSe, CdS, and ZnO is studied by the EXAFS spe ctroscopy and shows a sharp divergent-like curve with increasing Phill ips' ionicity.
