Abstract
Recto-vaginal septum abscess is a rare entity in women. The authors re port a rare clinical observation of a recto-vaginal septum abscess in a 40 year old woman, hospitalized and treated in the Surgical Unit of the Yaounde General Hospital. Medical litterature was reviewed and sur gical indications discussed.
