Abstract
We report the helical computed tomography findings in two patients wit h spontaneous aortocaval fistula (ACF) complicating abdominal aortic a neurysm. The use of overlapping slices produced high quality multiplan ar reformats which provided anatomical information about the likely si te of the ACF and also the relationship of the renal arteries to the n eck of the aneurysm.
