Abstract
A mixed-bed-column was packed with anion-exchange resin ICS-A23 and ca tion exchange resin CH1. The chromatographic behaviour of organic acid s, inorganic anions and cations on the mixed-bed column have been inve stigated. The method developed in this study was used for the simultan eous determination of organic acids, inorganic anions and cations in w ine, Japanese sake and instant coffee powder without any special pre-t reatment procedure.
