Abstract
A man infected with HIV treated with amphotericin B for an Aspergillus bronchitis for the past 6 months, presented a maxillary sinusitis. Fu sarium solani grown from sinus aspiration. As fungal infection has dev eloped while the patient was receiving amphotericin B, itraconazole th erapy was selected. The patient became afebrile and sinusitis did not recurred.
