Abstract
Experimental results of a combined absorption and electrodialysis proc ess for the CO2 recovery from the atmosphere are,presented as the firs t step in an environmentally neutral fuel production. Furthermore, pre liminary results on the electrochemical reduction of CO2 on porous ele ctrodes in aqueous solutions, on mixed oxide electrodes in a high pres sure electrochemical cell in liquid CO2 and some aspects of the electr ochemical adsorption and reduction of CO2 on Pd-Fe alloys are discusse d.
