Double-diffusive natural convection in Al-Cu and Pb-Sn liquid metals i s simulated with a Chebyshev collocation numerical technique. Overall, the numerical scheme appears to be wed suited for single-p hase double-diffusion simulation, with new phenomena revealed, and spe ctral convergence noted.
