Abstract
Organophosphate poisoning is most common in animals due to introductio n of these compounds into animal therapeutics and as insecticidal spra ys on plants and soil (Blood and Radostits, 1989). The present communi cation reports successful treatment of buffalo suffering from organoph osphate poisoning using atropine sulphate and pralidoxime chloride.
