Abstract
We studied 4 cases of quadrilateral space syndrome. Though the syndrom e is quite uncommon, it might be discovered by examination of the pati ent complaining of pain of neck and shoulder especially when the tende rness in the quadrilateral space. Early surgical decompression is indi cated as soon as diagnosis is made.
