Primary angiomyolipoma of the liver is a rare entity with fewer than 4
0 cases described in the English literature. Primary hepatic tumors di

hepatocellular carcinoma having been described. This article reports

ion. The patient successfully completed her pregnancy and ultimately u
nderwent resection of a giant hepatic angiomyolipoma. The literature o
n angiomyolipoma as well as liver tumors during pregnancy is reviewed.
