Abstract
The dependence on the applied field strength of both the mobility and the diffusivity-to-mobility ratio in charge transport experiments for disordered materials is analysed using a numerical simulation procedur e. Only energy (diagonal) disorder is employed to mimic the amorphous nature of the system. The role played by the total length of the sampl e in determining the transport properties of the system is discussed. A comparison with recent experimental data obtained for thin films of 1,1-bis(di-4-tolylaminophenyl)cyclohexane is carried out.
