Jm. Casado et Jj. Mejias, CHARGE-TRANSPORT FOR A CLASS OF CONDUCTING POLYMERS - THE DEPENDENCE OF THE MOBILITY ON APPLIED FIELDS, Philosophical magazine. B. Physics of condensed matter. Structural, electronic, optical and magnetic properties, 70(5), 1994, pp. 1111-1116
The dependence on the applied field strength of both the mobility and
the diffusivity-to-mobility ratio in charge transport experiments for
disordered materials is analysed using a numerical simulation procedur
e. Only energy (diagonal) disorder is employed to mimic the amorphous
nature of the system. The role played by the total length of the sampl
e in determining the transport properties of the system is discussed.
A comparison with recent experimental data obtained for thin films of
1,1-bis(di-4-tolylaminophenyl)cyclohexane is carried out.
