It is shown that in a random potential two repulsing or attracting par
ticles can propagate coherently on a distance l(c) much larger than on
e-particle localization length l(1). The enhancement factor l(c)/l(1)
for coherent localization length is proportional to l(1). The connecti
on of this problem with the superimposed band random matrices is estab
lished, and the theory developed is tested in numerical simulations wi
th random potential models and models of quantum chaos.
