Abstract
An audit document is presented which can be used to assess the radioph armacy service in a particular institute. It can be used for self-asse ssment or can form the basis for peer review. The document covers a wi de range of aspects of radiopharmacy. It is acknowledged that the docu ment will need constant review and where appropriate, modification, in order to reflect changes in practice or legislation.
