Abstract
The authors report a case of cerebral astrocytoma associated with a ca vernous angioma. The patient presented with seizures and progressive h emiparesis. Diagnostic studies suggested the presence of a cavernous m alformation with signs of previous haemorrhage. Surgery disclosed a co mplex tumour, which on histological examination revealed to be an anap lastic astrocytoma associated with a cavernous angioma.
