Abstract
Dural metastases in the posterior fossa are relatively rare. We report a combination of cutaneous metastases in the scalp of the occiput wit h ipsilateral dural metastasis in the posterior fossa, on the inferior surface of the tentorium. It is suggested that all the metastases spr ead via the external carotid artery.
