H. Haberlein et Kp. Tschiersch, EFFECTS OF SURFACE-STRUCTURE OF REVERSED PHASES ON THE SEPARATION OF ALKALOIDS BY HPLC, Die Pharmazie, 49(10), 1994, pp. 769-775
Differences in selectivity of several reversed phases are described by
temperature-dependant HPLC-analyses of Chelidonium alkaloids. Structu
ral features of the chromatographically active surfaces of Nucleosil 1
00 AB and LiChrospher 60 RP-select B are elucidated by Si-29- and C-13
-CP-MAS NMR spetroscopy and are discussed in respect to their chromato
graphic behaviour.
