C. Lammerzahl, RELATIVISTIC TREATMENT OF RAMAN LIGHT-PULSE ATOM BEAM INTERFEROMETER WITH APPLICATIONS IN GRAVITY THEORY, Journal de physique. II, 4(11), 1994, pp. 2089-2097
The first relativistic correction in the phase shift of a Raman light-
pulse atom beam interferometer in a gravitational field is being calcu
lated. The starting point is a three level system coupled to gravity w
hich is treated to order c(-2). Gravity is described using the PPN for
malism. It will be proposed that a new measurement with better estimat
e of the PPN parameter beta could be possible.
