Abstract
This case report illustrates the spontaneous course of allergic bronch opulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA). The x-ray images cover a time-frame o f nearly 20 years. All of the main criteria of ABPA are fulfilled. Des pite intermittent oral corticosteroid treatment, recurrent eosinophili c infiltrates of the lungs occurred. New strategies in diagnosis and t reatment of ABPA are discussed.
