Abstract
Presently, the phyllotaxis may be correlated with the orderly movement s of the cell cycles in temporary acceleration zones, giving rise to t he heterogeneity of the meristem locally and regularly favorable to th e organogenesis. The simulation of a self-organized growth process exp lains nearly all of the phyllotactic arrangements. The previous hypote sis is that the organs are born where and when the growth leaves a suf ficient space because the preceding organs reject each other. If the m odel is in accordance with the majority of the phyllotactic theories, it seems a priori inconsistent with the multiple foliar helices theory .
