Abstract
Three siblings of a Saudi Arabian family presented in childhood with s pastic paraplegia and painless feet ulcers. These cases represent a ra re form of hereditary spastic paraplegia and peripheral sensory neurop athy, with an autosomal recessive inheritance. The various clinical, g enetic and neurophysiologic features of these patients are described, and literature on this entity is extensively reviewed.
