Abstract
We describe our experience using the Provox voice prosthesis in patien ts undergoing free jejunal loop transfer following total pharyngo-lary ngectomy. From our series and the few reports in the literature, the u se of a voice prosthesis appears to be an effective method of speech r ehabilitation in this group of patients.
