Abstract
The classical simulation of the dynamic rotational orientation of a di atomic fragment formed in the decomposition of a long-lived triatomic complex is presented. The results obtained complement our previous stu dy of the same phenomenon within the semiclassical approach and cover a wide range of practically interesting cases of rotational orientatio n for a system charge-rotating linear dipole. A simple analytical form ula is suggested for a quick estimate of the orientation for general p ower-law adiabatic channel potentials.
