Abstract
6-Maleinimidosaccharin (2) is coupled to bovine serum albumin enriched with thiol groups (4) to give 5. The antibodies in the serum of rabbi ts against 5 are taken for preparing an ELISA, in which saccharin is d etermined down to 0,01 mg/l.
