Abstract
We report the clinical and morphologic features of a transitional cell carcinoma (TCC) that arose within a paratubal cyst of the right broad ligament. This case represents only the second report of a TCC arisin g in the broad ligament and the first with documented origin within a paratubal cyst. A possible explanation for this tumor's histogenesis a s it relates to the more common transitional cell neoplasms of the ova ry is presented.
